Charlie
Charlie has already found his family and is officially reserved. He’ll still move through Crowned K9s Academy alongside Owen before go-home so both brothers get the same training-first foundation.
This isn't a typical placement. These pups are thoughtfully matched and already have structure and training, so you can settle in faster and enjoy the early days. Every Premium Puppy Placement pup includes genetic testing (e.g. Embark-style DNA health and breed insight) so families can review results before committing.
Placement fee reflects the puppy + training + included support.
Our next featured PPP puppies are Golden Retriever brothers Charlie and Owen. Charlie is reserved; we’re taking inquiries for Owen. Why we brought home both brothers—and how that shapes Owen’s training path—is in Meet Charlie & Owen below. Recent PPP graduate Kobe is with our success stories below. In Foundations, Stella has officially been placed and is now home as Skye—see the update on Foundations Rescue. Embark genetic testing applies to PPP puppies only—Foundations rescues use veterinarian-documented health screening, not DNA panel testing.
It's not about the price — it's about what you're getting in return.
Let's talk about whether this program is right for your family.
Every placement pup leaves with these skills — and here's what they mean for you.
→ Get their attention instantly, even across the room
→ A calm default for greetings and waiting patiently
→ Settle into a relaxed state during family time
→ Go to their spot and stay — great for guests or dinner time
→ Come when called, even with distractions around
→ Puppy comfortable with a leash and understanding leash pressure (foundation for future walks)
→ Restful nights for you and a calm, secure pup
→ No more rushing the door when guests arrive
→ Wait calmly instead of lunging at food, toys, or people
→ Clear communication when a command ends
→ Know when and where they'll go — no guesswork
→ Safe, polite behavior around food and objects
See the total value you receive compared to the actual placement fee. Genetic testing is included for every PPP puppy. Academy development reflects a typical 3–4 week stay—not a shorter board-and-train window.

Coming Soon to PPP
Charlie is reserved. Owen is currently the available brother, and we’re taking inquiries while both boys move through Academy.
We’re bringing Charlie and Owen home on April 12 and putting both brothers through Crowned K9s Academy. The family that raised them met everything we look for—parents health-tested, intentional early socialization, microchipped puppies, current vaccinations, AKC registration, and consistent transparency.
Owen stood out early as the second-smallest and more reserved in group interactions. In our experience, puppies with that softer, shy temperament need especially thoughtful structure and socialization to build confidence. Training both brothers through Academy gives us the right environment to develop Owen well while keeping him available for the best-fit family.
Charlie has already found his family and is officially reserved. He’ll still move through Crowned K9s Academy alongside Owen before go-home so both brothers get the same training-first foundation.
In photos of the brothers together, Owen is the golden with the lighter “mask” around his eyes and nose.
Owen is Charlie’s brother and will move through our Premium Puppy Placement process with the same structure, communication, and training-first foundation that defines Crowned K9s PPP.
For the family who moves forward with Owen, this is not just bringing home a puppy. It is bringing home a calmer start, clearer communication, and a structured head start through Crowned K9s training.
Both brothers come from health-tested parents and a well-cared-for background.
Summer (mom) is the darker golden; Cooper (dad) is the classic lighter golden.
