Puppy Rehoming Program

We take in selected pups who live and train with us daily so they’re truly ready for their new families. This is a premium, training‑based rehome program — not a standard rescue adoption — where we focus on confidence, clarity, and skills for real life.

We fully prepare each pup with structure, foundation obedience, and calm house manners so the transition is easier for both dog and family.

Foundational Obedience: What Every Rehome Pup Learns

We build clear communication and everyday skills that last a lifetime.

Name Recognition

Responding quickly to their name so attention and engagement are easy.

Sit

A polite default for greeting people and waiting calmly.

Down

Relaxing the body and mind to promote calm during daily life.

Place

Go to a defined spot and settle — perfect for family time and guests.

Come (Recall)

Reliable recall so your puppy comes when called, even with distractions.

Drop It

Letting go of objects when asked — safe, polite, and stress‑free.

Boundaries

Clear rules for thresholds, furniture, and personal space for harmony at home.

Focus

Checking in with you on cue — attention first, then action, even with distractions.

Crate Training

A safe, calm space that supports rest, structure, and house training.

Doorway Manners

Waiting politely at thresholds to prevent rushing and improve safety.

Leave It

Ignoring food, objects, or distractions when asked for safety and focus.

Release Word

Understanding when a command has ended with a clear “Okay/Break.”

Socialization, Confidence & Real‑Life Practice

Training is woven into each day so skills show up naturally at home.

  • Daily training integrated into routine — not just one session a day.
  • Exposure to different environments, textures, and sounds for confidence.
  • Appropriate socialization with dogs and calm house manners.
  • Working on potty training, bathroom on command, and sleeping through the night.
  • Developing impulse control around distractions for a calmer pup.
